Learn about the three predictable stages that everyone goes through in conflict as well as your personal style and preference when it comes to conflict. You will receive a free assessment on the five conflict styles and a practical road map for leaning into productive conflict vs. running away from it. This session will help you:

  • Learn the three stages of conflict.
  • Identify five styles of handling conflict.
  • Develop a personal strategy for engaging in conflict.
  • Create a conflict charter for your team or your organization.
