If it’s not ready, how do I help ready the organization? What about the diversity council? What is the executive team looking for me to deliver? This session is practically a requirement for all practitioners to have in their D&I toolkits. You will learn strategically for both immediate and future organizational build. You will be refreshed and energized for the work that lies ahead. In this session, you will:
