Francisco Estrada is a recruitment and D&I leader with sports, media and financial services industry experience. He joined MLS in April 2016 as Senior Director - Recruitment and Diversity and in this role he leads the strategy and execution off all League recruitment efforts and he is also responsible for developing a diverse network of qualified candidates for MLS talent pipeline consideration. In addition, he will develop D&I initiatives that align with the League’s business goals. He is a graduate of Yale University (B.A. - Political Science) and NYU Stern (MBA) and also a proud alumnus of the following diversity and leadership development organizations: Prep for Prep, INROADS NYC and Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
