You have members, programming, and maybe even an annual conference or another large event.  Were your programs a success?  Should your repeat the same programming?  Did you attract your target audience?  Did you meet your objectives? Do you know who your audience is?  If you don’t know these critical answers to these questions, you do not want to miss this session.  To be a successful chapter you need to know your audience, understand what types of programming they prefer, and understand what audience you need to target to continue to experience success.
