Home > DIVERSITY LEADERS EXCHANGE: The Intersection of D&I, HR and Key Stakeholders to Deliver Results

2016 Diversity & Inclusion Conference & Exposition
Learn how partnerships with key stakeholders impact the foundation for sustainable results for greater talent inclusion.

Organizations have moved beyond defining the business case to expecting to see tangible results for their investments and efforts. All too often these efforts have not yielded results in a manner that moves the dial on both inclusion plus diversity. While there are no silver bullets, nor any “new news” in this arena, there are fundamental processes that mustn’t be overlooked to drive sustainable results. These processes involve partnering with HR, leadership, and key stakeholders. You will:

  • Learn specific actions that can be taken to embed and improve the outcomes that D&I is intended to achieve.
  • Learn and acquire practical guidance on how to embed an effective D&I effort.
  • Understand the critical and timely engagement of key stakeholders to drive accountability.
