This session will help you:

  • Navigate the universe of solutions available to manage absences and presenteeism, and select those that are most effective for your employee population.
  • Apply tools to better determine the cause for absences and reduce the frequency and length of employee leave time.

Liz Incze is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Aetna’s absence, life and disability products and services. From new business development through product management, Liz is instrumental in reinventing Aetna’s group insurance solutions. Liz’s career spans over 30 years of employee benefit experience that includes a number of leadership positions in business strategy, product development, underwriting and operations. Liz received her BA from Boston University in applied mathematics and is a graduate of the Institute for Civic Leadership. She is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.
