  • Understand how integrated disability management, employee value and core competency creates a shift from viable to agile injury management strategy.  
  • Understand how predictive analytics, cost drivers and connecting wellness can be used as a strategy to reduce injury frequency and health-related cost.   
  • Learn how to effectively communicate the financial side of workers compensation with C-Suite leaders, to create an endorsed strategy to reduce the overall burden on labor cost.
