This session will also disclose top strategies to differentiate between a “tough” boss from a bully and will share proven suggestions for how to discuss investigation results with reluctant leadership. You will learn:

  • To facilitate the development and communication of the organization's core values, mission, and ethical behaviors by uncovering the complex behaviors of the workplace bully
  • How to reinforce the organization's core values and behavioral expectations through modeling, communication and coaching as it relates to uncovering workplace bullies, your impact on the organizational culture, and the importance to leadership of making ethical decisions to terminate high performing employees due to their improper misconduct.
  • Due to the high risk caused by the workplace bully, you will also learn how to engage in enterprise risk management by ensuring that the organization has policies that will contribute to protecting the organization from potential risks caused by the behaviors of the workplace bully.
  • Specific strategies for investigating and uncovering workplace bullies.
