PowerPoints/Handouts Available

Repeated from Monday at 2:00 p.m.

Our journey through life is made up of a series of choices – crossroads that can lead us down two different paths. How do you know which path is right for you? It depends on your purpose. Purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. The same is true in business. CEO's say the number one challenge facing companies today is acquiring and retaining talent. So how do we acquire and retain the right talent? The key to success is differentiation. The key to differentiation is purpose—defining the unique reasons why your company exists. Be inspired to see the impact of purpose at companies like Ericsson, and leave with ideas that will make an immediate impact. This session will help you:

  • Uncover the power of purpose in your company and your career.
  • Discover a unique process to differentiate your organization and build an employer brand that attracts and retains the right talent.
  • Design a strategy to attract the right talent and measure your success.
  • See the critical role technology can play in shaping your success.
