Learn strategies on how Gallup has successfully engaged and motivated millennials and women.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

Together millennials and women make up 110 million of the 164 million U.S. working population and there is a significant risk to those organizations not looking at newer ways to attract and retain them. This session will highlight Gallup’s latest research on how millennials are significantly impacting workplaces, what women want to continue to stay in the workforce for the long term, and what Gallup has done internally to engage these two very prominent employee populations. Join Gallup’s Chief Talent Officer, Matt Mosser, to also learn about the behind-the-scenes work that HR has conducted to align strengths philosophies into hiring practices, organizational design, selection of managers and executive leaders, customer teams, and ultimately the business and growth strategy for Gallup.
