Ms. Darno is a military veteran who served as an airborne officer in the US Army where she led teams in the Middle East, Asia, Egypt, Operations Desert Shield and Storm.  She is the recipient of numerous diversity awards and under her leadership companies have been recognized for inclusive cultures and best places to work by a range of business publications, government agencies and professional organizations.
