Program Overview

HR professionals involved in organizational initiatives know managing change has become an essential part of their jobs. In this seminar, learn the keys to guiding change in your organization. Apply prescriptive change management models to transition individuals, teams, and the organization. Learn common barriers, uesful techniques, and practice guidelines to assist for facilitating change. Engage in simulation working in teams to apply the knowledge and strategies for each major phase of the change process.

Program Objectives

This program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to:

  • Identify and apply appropriate prescriptive models to change initiatives.
  • Apply guidelines and techniques for designing, facilitating, and sustaining change.

**This course will require a read ahead assignment from participants prior to attending the course that provides a primer on leading effective change.

 Todd Brodie, PhD., SPHR, GPHR, CHRP, is an Executive Coach and Senior Human Resource Professional. He has provided strategic support and coaching to leadership teams located throughout North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. His past experience includes Human Resource and front line leadership roles in the Insurance, Financial Services, Hospitality and Gaming industries in multiple countries. Todd has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) degree in Management from California Coast University and is currently working towards the Master Certified Coaching (MCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.
