Since the passage of the ACA seven years ago, Republicans in Congress have called for the repeal (or at least “repeal and replace” or “repeal and repair”) of the ACA. Now that they’re in control of the U.S. House, Senate, and White House, their efforts have moved front-and-center. Left in the middle are employers unsure of how to deal with all of the current requirements of the ACA while hearing about possible changes that Congress may pass and the President may sign. In this session, noted health care reform and HR expert Gary Kushner will discuss the strategic and tactical ramifications of what’s being discussed in Washington and how it may impact decisions on health plan design, funding, and the future of health care reform in this country.
