Tracy Raben is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at OCC. OCC is the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization and the foundation for secure markets. She joined OCC in 2014. In her current role, Ms. Raben is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, which includes talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and HRIS, organizational and leadership development, talent management and employee engagement.
 
Prior to joining OCC, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Prospira Paincare, Inc., where she was responsible for leading the Human Resources function in all capacities including HR leadership, strategy, tactics and operational direction. Prior to that, Ms. Raben held similar leadership positions as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at RehabCare, a division of Kindred Healthcare and Vice President, Human Resources, Global Customer Management at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, a division of Siemens AG.
 
Additionally, she has extensive experience in labor and employment law, having begun her career at a law firm as part of the ERISA practice supporting clients in the areas of employee benefits and tax matters.
Ms. Raben is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and received her Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from Michigan State University and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.
