Home > DIVERSITY LEADERS EXCHANGE | Strategic Planning: Developing D&I Beyond Trainings and Events

2017 Diversity & Inclusion Conference & Exposition
Learn and share best practices for developing strategies that integrate D&I into the business.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

For the typical employee, the first things that come to mind about diversity and inclusion are trainings, events and affinity groups. But to make results-driven, long-term impact, leaders must balance these soft and discrete initiatives with hard and integrative strategic plans. A comprehensive strategy for D&I must become part of the fabric of the business to influence individuals, teams and systems. In this session, you will:

  • Learn why some D&I initiatives fall short of achieving tangible results.
  • Learn best practices for developing D&I strategic plans.
  • Benchmark and brainstorm with other organizations about comprehensive D&I approaches.
