Alicia Crittendon has spent 17 years in the public and non-profit sectors before joining SHRM as a Manager in the Certification department. In the certification department, Alicia has managed the day-to-day operations of the certification team and is now responsible for leading the certification engagement team. Prior to joining the SHRM team in September 2015, Alicia worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and CFRE International, the credentialing program for professional non-profit fundraisers. Alicia has a Management degree conferred from The School of Management at George Mason University. When she is not focused on building and growing the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP designations, Alicia enjoys reading, taking road trips and pinning on Pinterest.
