Home > Inclusive Storytelling: Capturing Authenticity Through Employee-Driven Content

2018 Diversity & Inclusion Conference & Exposition
Learn how to develop an authentic content strategy to drive efforts in workplace inclusion, employee engagement and empowerment and talent acquisition.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

You know the employees you ask to fill a diversity panel or be featured in a campus recruiting brochure? Too often these experiences become “tokenizing” instead of opportunities for our employees to influence strategic content. It’s time to change all that. Employees and candidates alike crave transparency and authenticity. In this session, you will learn how to develop compelling and inclusive content strategies driven by those who matter most—your employees. Let’s empower and activate your diverse employee ambassadors together. You will learn:

  • How to identify content that resonates with your diverse employees and beyond.
  • How to engage your employees in authentic and easy content creation that they drive.
  • How organizations like yours are doing it well.
