This session will demystify gender differences, identify barriers to effective engagement across genders and provide ways to build a supportive workplace. The session will provide insights on the impact of socialization on gender differences and how it informs the way men and women approach work. • Understand the impact of socialization on gender differences.
  • Understand how our views about gender impact work.
  • Identify barriers to effective engagement and its impact on organizational excellence.
