A quick Google search on employee engagement generates an easy 3,010,000 results. That's three million possible answers on how to or why to engage employees. What if I told you these three million resources mean nothing without genuine authenticity. This authenticity must be present in your organization and must be lived by your employees. Most importantly, it must be present within you.

As HR Professionals, we quickly get caught up in the messiness of office politics and workplace drama. We are tasked with initiatives typically daunting in nature and force ourselves to tackle obstacles head on to make them happen in an effort to prove our value and justify our desired seat at the table. What if this struggle could be lessened with a new perspective on purpose, passion, people, possibility, and power. These are the 5 P's that makeup HRart and HRart is the root of organizational engagement. In this session, come discover what your HRart is saying. You will learn to:

  • Explore the significance of exposing your personal Purpose, Passion, People, Possibility, and Power.
  • Discuss the connection between the 5P's and your ability to build the necessary relationships within an organization to manifest a cultural change.
  • Identify who you are authentically, as an HR Practitioner, by creating your HRart statement of integrity.
