There is no "right" way to be a leader. This session will explore four distinct styles of leadership from a psychological level and teach you to identify and embrace your own individual strengths. It will also include tips and tricks to apply this information in your day-to-day role and better equip you to be a leader not only to the people in your department, but across the organization. In this session, you will:

  • Learn about four distinct leadership styles that exist in the workplace.
  • Understand how to identify your particular style.
  • Gain highly practical tips you can use to bring out your leadership strengths.
  • Gain confidence in the unique leadership sensibilities you bring to work each day.
