Attend this session to discover the crucial connection between dialogue and accountability, and how fostering the two can lead to a culture of inclusion. In this session, you will:

  • Identify common conversational failures that are deleterious to organizational health.
  • Discover the relationship between dialogue and accountability.
  • Learn skills to speak candidly and respectfully when inclined to silence or violence.
  • Explore how to create an environment that advertises, cues, ritualizes and normalizes accountability, resulting in a culture of inclusion.
