Dianna Gould has been an HR professional for more than 20 years. She is currently the Pacific West Field Services Director for SHRM.
Prior to joining SHRM, she had experience as an HR professional working for start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked in the high tech, international export, manufacturing, and service industry.
Dianna served as the President of the SHRM Portland Human Resource Management Association and also served as the Director for the SHRM Oregon State Council.
She has obtained her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and is also certified as a CAE (Certified Association Executive). Continuous learning and professional development have been the cornerstone of her career.
On a personal note, she is a fan of college football and March Madness, loves watching the golf channel and is addicted to several Netflix series.
