Rampant misconceptions about health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) persist in spite of their value in helping employees save and pay for health care today and in the future. WEX surveyed over 2,000 American workers with employer health insurance and identified the five most stubborn misconceptions they hold about HSAs and FSAs.
