Over 1 year of Member Engagement experience, Daniel Hirschhorn is a Membership Engagement Associate (MEA) at SHRM, Daniel provides direction and support to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with SHRM volunteer leaders, members, chapters, state councils, students, and other affiliates to achieve SHRM’s strategy and objectives regarding membership. Daniel serves as a resource to SHRM volunteer leaders, members, chapters, state councils, students, and other affiliates. Daniel plays a key role in guiding the membership division in the overall chapter, state council, and volunteer leader engagement and compliance, and is one of the primary contacts of SHRM to members, students, and volunteers. Daniel has a presence at national, regional, and local meetings and conferences as well as presents the SHRM message to members and potential members. Prior to SHRM, Daniel recently graduated from James Madison University in the spring of 2019. Daniel Majored in Organizational Communication with a minor in Human Resource Development.
