Attendees will learn how to navigate differences at work and how to build more inclusive workplaces by putting their emotions to work. This session will show an evidence-based framework to support a D&I implementation strategy through our emotional skills (EQ).

Define the impact and challenges to DE&I in the new remote or hybrid working environments.
Understand the science (Emotional Technology) that supports the use of emotions and experiences toward building inclusive workplaces.
Apply simple and practical tools to help people use their EQ and personal experiences to build inclusive workplaces.
