In this lively presentation we will talk about the how to prevent organizational burnout, a key cause of employee burnout. A Banish Burnout Culture is aligned with the core values and behavioral expectations of a company. By that I mean, a manager who creates unreasonable workloads with limited support or positive reinforcement serves to further a toxic culture prone to burning out the team. Employees are responding by leaving in droves, which leaves huge holes in productivity and profitability. The process begins by looking at the key drivers of burnout and reversing those trends at the organizational level.
