Understanding how change works, and how to accelerate the change becomes a critical skillset. This session will describe universal principles that impact change, and how leaders can impact change through their level of awareness and consciousness.
Attendees will :
1. Understand the principles that enable or prevent successful personal and organizational change
2. Learn how to mitigate the barrier of confirmation bias
3. Identify the individual levels of consciousness that are needed in leaders and employees to facilitate change
