Unlock the Power of Purpose to Lead More Inclusively and Effectively

At Linkage, we believe leaders are formed by their experiences and growth, not born with it. Based on 35 years of data, we uncovered what the best leaders do to be effective and inclusive leaders who are “good for business, good for people and good for culture.” But currently, only 20 percent of leaders are rated as all three.

Our research proves that the best leaders are inclusive and lead with purpose. They engage and inspire others to innovate and achieve results, becoming confident and fulfilling their highest potential as leaders.

Are you ready to unlock the power of purpose to lead more effectively and inclusively?

Please join Jennifer McCollum, CEO of Linkage, a SHRM company, and author of forthcoming book IN HER OWN VOICE: A WOMAN’S RISE TO CEO, and Laura Lewers, Client Director of Linkage, to learn how to elevate your leadership journey with the research-backed Purposeful Leadership Model. During today’s interactive session, you will:

  • Learn the five commitments purposeful and inclusive leaders make to themselves and others;
  • Apply the five purposeful leadership commitments to your own leadership journey;
  • Discuss how you can activate each commitment and what holds you back;
  • Reflect on your own leadership timeline to further explore the type of leader you are and the leader you want to become;
  • Practice leadership storytelling to activate the Become Commitment and to engage your leadership network.
