Nonetheless, many marginalized people don't feel psychological safety or inclusion because subtle acts of exclusion and unconscious bias are rampant. We will explore how HR professionals can support a more active kind of inclusion, where we connect authentically, where we broach hard conversations with vulnerability and courage, and where we grow and learn together when we mess up.
