Carlos Abrams-Rivera is CEO of The Kraft Heinz Company and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to becoming CEO and leading more than 36,000 employees around the world, Carlos served as President of Kraft Heinz, and President of the company’s North America Zone. He joined Kraft Heinz in 2020 after a career spanning more than two decades at companies including Mondelez and Campbell’s. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Melissa Werneck is the Global Chief People Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company, overseeing the company’s global Human Resources function. She is responsible for talent management and talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards and recognition, engagement, learning and DEI&B for Kraft Heinz’s global workforce. Throughout her career, Melissa has held a wide range of positions at H.J. Heinz Company and América Latina Logística, ranging from human resources to marketing, to supply chain, ESG and IT. Melissa holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University in Brazil and an MBA from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business at Federal University.

He was cofounding advisor to the Stanford Realtime Venture Design Lab, where he served as a visiting scholar and faculty at his alma mater, Stanford University. Thompson is also adjunct faculty at the World Economic Forum, World Business Forum, John F. Kennedy University, and has cochaired the Institute of Coaching at Harvard. He has edited 20 books and coauthored business classic, Success Built to Last: Creating a Life That Matters; and the New York Times bestseller, Admired.
