Robert Rothman is the President of Gap International and has been with the company for more than thirty years. He has been instrumental in building the company to its current size and scope. He is accountable for all facets of operating the business and ensuring the implementation of its strategic objectives. As a consultant, Mr. Rothman is a strategic partner to CEOs and C-level executives in major, multinational organizations where he leads breakthrough growth and performance initiatives. Mr. Rothman’s work with executives includes the development and execution of sustainable growth strategies. It also includes the custom design and delivery of enterprise-wide conferences that produce both mindset shifts and breakthrough actions. Mr. Rothman is a regular speaker at corporate meetings and business events, on such topics as breakthrough thinking, high performance and leadership. He also leads The Alignment Intensive, which is one of Gap International’s premier programs for senior executives and their teams.

Mr. Rothman received a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and completed the Kellogg School of Management’s Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University.

She joined SharkNinja from Foot Locker, Inc. where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and oversaw all aspects of corporate communications and the people strategy globally, serving over 45,000 Foot Locker, Inc. associates worldwide in over 27 countries. In total, Elizabeth’s extensive experience spans eight different industries and having worked in and out of Human Resources.

A results-driven leader, Elizabeth brings more than 25 years of unique experience as a top executive with deep experience across technology, retail, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, restaurant, entertainment, and real estate, leading all aspects of the human resources function She is a passionate and proven leader in the development and execution of strategies that enhance cultural and organizational transformation and that power an organization’s innovative and customer-centric mindset.

Elizabeth is graduate of Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
