Microaggressions are like tiny paper cuts - they can seem minor but add up over time. This session highlights how to tackle these small but impactful moments constructively and supportively without escalating conflict. Come away with tools that enhance organizational culture, improve employee satisfaction, and strengthen HR practices. Whether you are an ally, someone who's experienced a microaggression, or even the person who unintentionally caused one, we've got you covered!

Learning Objectives:

  • Know the prevalence of microaggressions.
  • Identify actionable steps to make a positive difference.
  • Build confidence in responding whether you are an ally, the targeted person, or the person who had misspoken.
  • Learn how to make amends without drama.
