This session is focused on the business, personal, and moral case for active and public engagement in fostering a gender-inclusive workplace. Participants will cover expectations for “doing the work” together and develop a better understanding of the benefits of allyship for women, men, and their organizations. This session builds gender intelligence, including discussion of headwinds men often don’t encounter but need to become aware of.
During this session, participants will review their personal Inclusive Leader 360° assessments and begin making connections between authentic gender partnership and one's leader brand.
