Participants will dive into how great leaders show up in relationships at work. Using a variety of developmental exercises that allow participants to have brief conversations and practice ally skills, they will explore topics related to developing better gender intelligence and awareness (GQ), building workplace collegial relationships with women, building trust, avoiding assumptions, recognizing bias and sexism in real time, fostering cross-gender friendships, safeguarding boundaries, listening, responding well to feedback, and maintaining a learning orientation.
