HR needs a plan as well-one that dovetails neatly into the larger organization, reflecting the inputs, outputs, and solutions led by Human Resources. Learn why this plan is essential for your success, what should go in it, and specifically how to create a functional human resources strategic plan. We'll discuss such things as:

• A mission statement is more than just a pretty frame
