This workshop provides hands-on, practical skills necessary to conduct an internal investigation into claims of employee misconduct. Learn why effective investigation skills are important and how you can build the skills necessary for effective questioning. Kraemer will take you step-by-step through the investigation process and using an interactive case studies, you will actually be able to practice these newly learned skills. We also teach you how to prepare effective documentation at each stage of the investigation process. This workshop will equip you with the skills to properly conduct impartial and defensible investigations claims.
