Is Social Media all that it's cracked up to be? Although many operational functions are embracing social media, human resources is left wondering how and if they should participate. Laurie Ruettimann, SPHR will discuss the future of HR and social media and incorporate findings from multiple and comprehensive studies of new media tools and technologies. She will also answer many open questions, such as 'How is use of social media changing in HR?' and 'How are organizations measuring the benefits of social media?'

With over a decade of experience in Fortune 500 organizations, Laurie Ruettimann is an influential speaker, writer and social media expert focused on the human capital management industry.
