Pay equity is a dominant theme in today's business climate. You can use quantitative tools to ensure you are paying your employees equitably. This presentation discusses challenges employers face with respect to internal pay equity and outlines how metrics and analytics can be used to determine whether compensation disparities exist. Common pitfalls and the limitations of quantitative analysis are discussed, and real-world examples of applying analysis results to business processes is presented.
