In this session, you will get tools to that will help drive performance and, through compensation, will also drive performance appraisal processes, succession planning, assessing the current talent, and how to execute and manage change in ways that will lead to significant increases in performance.  We will discuss four-box and nine-box talent grids, top-grading, stack ranking employees, succession planning, revamping compensation plans for  desired results, how to effectively use performance reviews, how to engage with the executives to drive and execute the change needed, and how to “manage out” the average and below-average performers.  This session will also include tools on ensuring you are engaging and retaining your stars so they are not lost to the competition.
