Just as tigers are strong, ferocious, sly, and powerful, the OFCCP is stalking your information to attack any information “deemed relevant” during an audit. Along with the new regulations, your Affirmative Action plan is under heightened scrutiny for total compliance. The agency is ready to pounce on new enforcement initiatives that change how you prepare your AAP. This session will focus on recent developments, tips and audit trends for taming the OFCCP tiger so you don’t become their next prey. Learn what changes you must make to defend your AAP and gain an understanding on what to expect and strategic tips to close the audit quickly.
