Tara Noonan Amaral is Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition at New York Life Insurance Company. She is responsible for all aspects of recruiting strategy, hiring for positions throughout the company, on-boarding, and marketing New York Life to external partners and prospective employees.

New York Life, a Fortune 100 company founded in 1845, is the largest mutual life insurance company in the United States* and one of the largest life insurers in the world.  New York Life has the highest financial strength ratings currently awarded to any life insurer by all four of the major credit rating agencies.**  Headquartered in New York City, New York Life’s family of companies offers life insurance, retirement income, investments and long-term care insurance. 

Tara has led diversity and inclusion strategy, workplace representation and workplace initiatives, and marketplace growth. Prior to New York Life, Tara worked for ADP Inc., Hewitt Associates, and JPMorgan Chase in various talent acquisition strategy, staffing, and business leadership roles. 

Tara lives in Madison, New Jersey with her three children.
