As senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Jim Kizielewicz is responsible for developing and guiding the global marketing strategy for Kronos. 

Kizielewicz has served in a variety of management and executive capacities for Kronos since he joined the company in 1981, including leadership positions in services, business development, product marketing, and training.  As head of corporate strategy when Kronos was a publicly traded company, Kizielewicz was the principal architect of several strategic acquisitions.

A sought-after thought-leader and speaker, few executives in the field of workforce management can match the experience that Kizielewicz has accumulated during his multi-faceted tenure with Kronos.  From the pioneering days of introducing micro-processing technology for time-capture to the latest in biometric security devices, Kizielewicz has been a consistent contributor to the industry’s continuing evolution. 

Kizielewicz earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Hamilton College, and has participated in a series of executive education programs, including the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute at Stanford University.
