Home > The Real Costs of Failing to Terminate Problematic Employees

SHRM 2013 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session will guide you through the "costs"of keeping problematic employees.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

We have all been conditioned to respond the same way to unproductive employees. What seems to get lost in a genuine and earnest effort to "rehabilitate" the unproductive employee is the actual and escalating cost to you to responding in this fashion. As difficult as it may be to overcome these reasons, you must understand that keeping underperforming or problematic employees can cost you far more in the long run -- both financially and non-financially.
