So how do we engage everyone without blaming or shaming, and more importantly, move beyond awareness to increased development andchanged behaviors? This session will help you:

• Identify the five developmental mindsets of bias, from least to most effective, and the general strategies to advance from one mindset to another.

• Identify your individual mindset.

• Acquire the tools to move from a less effective to a more effective mindset.

• Explore ways to reframe the issue of bias, for greater buy-in and engagement from your employees.
