Bianchini was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, the co-founder and CEO of Ning, and is now the CEO of Mightybell, a startup aimed at helping others succeed in collaborative small steps. She serves as an advisor to the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford and is the co-founder of Lean In with Sheryl Sandberg.
