Jack Marsteller is a partner in Pay Governance, LLC with 30 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He advises boards and management on all aspects of executive and director compensation including corporate governance and shareholder issues. Jack frequently presents to professional organizations and compensation conferences. He also serves as an expert witness in connection with bankruptcy cases and other litigation. Prior to joining Pay Governance, Jack was a Partner of Hewitt Associates and most recently a Principal of Towers Watson where he held a leadership role in the Los Angeles executive compensation practice.
