In this session we will take a look into Abercrombie & Fitch’s strategy and their use of mediums like Facebook, twitter and Instagram and how they utilize them as a vehicle to build employee engagement and community around their brand. Todd Corley is Carhartt’s SVP of Inclusion, Sustainability and Community. In this role, he leads the 135-year-old global workwear brand’s strategy on environmental and social impact.

His research on What Has (Hasn’t) Changed About Being A Chief Diversity Officer published by Harvard Business Review, traces the journey of more than 40 diversity officers.

A life-long learner, he has supported the next generation of inclusive leaders by co-creating two DE&I strategy graduate programs. His pioneering work as Abercrombie & Fitch’s chief diversity officer is the subject of the Netflix documentary, White Hot: The Rise and Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch.
