This lively session uses online animation, a CEO-Level Balanced Scorecard, and the knowledge that your organization already has, to make sense of corporate strategy and alignment. You will be able to name the four parts of a CEO Level Balanced Scorecard; explain the relationships of each part to company success; and illustrate how a failure in one part can impact the other parts and affect the company’s bottom line. You will receive a list of questions that help define your company’s strategy, get at least four sample strategic goals and define the basic metrics for these goals.
