Workplace Application: Increase your own effectiveness and take the effectiveness of your multicultural workforce to the next level. Learn how to analyze and identify cultural differences in several areas related to communication and feedback.

This session is recommended for senior and executive D&I practitioners. In today’s global economy, we work with people from different cultures—colleagues, managers, employees, customers and suppliers—who either came to North America as immigrants or are located in other parts of the world.
