Stacy Kesten is a Leadership Consultant for Integrated Leadership Systems (ILS) in Los Angeles, California where she provides coaching, consulting and leadership development training to various types of organizations. She has helped numerous leaders and executives to be more effective through training in self-awareness and communication. After receiving her certification in mindfulness facilitation through UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, Stacy was invited to become a teacher for UCLA. She has since taught mindfulness practices to thousands of students in the Los Angeles area through speaking engagements, classes, workshops and retreats. She specializes mindful communication as well as other “outside the box” versions of mindfulness such as mindful creativity and mindful improvisation. Stacy also has a B.A. in psychology and communications and she lives with her husband Brian and two cats in Los Angeles. In her free time she loves to paint, write, travel, meditate, hike, and generally be in nature as much as possible. 

Throughout her career as an executive for Frito Lay, Yahoo!, Nintendo and KidZania, Cammie has earned a stellar reputation as a brand-builder and inspirational leader.

Hoping to share what she has learned, she recently wrote the book, “Fit Matters”. In it she addresses practical ways to explore, “what could happen for all of us, and for the world, if more people actually LOVED their jobs?”

Cammie currently serves on the boards of Red Robin, Nordstrom FSB and Go Health. She’s been featured in numerous publications and is a frequent speaker at companies and universities. Her MBA is from Harvard Business School. 

Carita Ducre is a Managing Partner at Insight Strategies, Inc. For 15 years, she has worked with employees and leaders alike on simplifying workplace communication. Carita’s dynamic presentations and customized training sessions are energetic and interactive, providing tools that can immediately improve communication at work—and even at home! An accomplished writer, Carita has written more than 250 business-related communications, including writing for the C-Suite.

She holds a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame and an e-Learning Instructional Design certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Jean C. Ms. Setzfand has been with AARP since 2002.  Prior to joining AARP, she worked as a strategic management consultant serving domestic and international financial services institutions.  She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
